AI opportunity scorecard

Prioritize AI opportunities from discovery

This public demo mirrors a common deliverable shape: discovery translated into a practical, RICE-like prioritization model for the next 90 days. Content is fictionalized and rounded—roles, systems, and volumes are illustrative, not measurements of any one organization.

90-day focus Time saved weighted highest Revenue growth weighted second Balanced for speed and risk

How the scorecard was built

This scorecard uses a tailored, RICE-like framework. It is designed to help Employee 1 and Employee 2 compare opportunities in a business context, not just a technical one.

What each score means

  • Reach: how often the workflow occurs and how much of Employee 1 or Employee 2’s week it touches.
  • Impact: a blended view of time saved and revenue leverage over the next 90 days. Impact receives 2x weight in the weighted total.
  • Confidence: how clear the workflow is, how ready the current systems appear, and how feasible a first version looks.
  • Effort: the practical implementation effort required for Atten-X and the client to build a first production-worthy version together. Lower effort is rewarded, and effort also receives 2x weight in the weighted total.

Recommended starting projects

These two opportunities illustrate a plausible starting pair—high-frequency sales hygiene plus the core quote-to-proposal path—still fictionalized and non-prescriptive.
