Messaging privacy policy
Effective date: May 8, 2026 · Messaging terms of service
This Messaging Privacy Policy describes how Atten-X Companies LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information related to SMS and text messaging when you voluntarily provide your mobile phone number and opt in to be contacted by our team. It is limited to that context and does not replace any broader privacy disclosures we may provide elsewhere for other products or services.
If you have not opted in, we do not use this policy to justify texting you; we only send Messages after clear consent as described in our opt-in flow.
1. Information we collect
When you sign up for Messages, we may collect:
- Your mobile phone number
- Your opt-in preferences, time and date of consent, and the channel or form where you signed up
- Message delivery and engagement metadata (for example delivery status, timestamps, and replies such as STOP or HELP)
- Any other information you choose to include in a text reply
2. How we use information
We use this information to:
- Send and manage Messages you agreed to receive
- Honor opt-out requests and maintain suppression lists
- Operate, secure, and troubleshoot our messaging programs
- Comply with law, carrier rules, and industry standards (including A2P 10DLC campaign registration requirements)
3. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us send Messages (for example messaging platforms such as Twilio), under contractual terms that limit use to providing services to us
- Mobile carriers, as needed to deliver Messages across networks
- Authorities or third parties when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of our services
We do not sell your mobile phone number to third parties for their own marketing.
4. Retention
We keep messaging-related records as long as needed to run the program, meet legal and compliance obligations, and resolve disputes. Opt-out requests are honored promptly; we may retain minimal records to show that you unsubscribed.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information appropriate to the nature of the data we hold.
6. Your choices
You may opt out of Messages at any time by replying STOP to any Message. You may also contact us through our Contact page for questions or requests regarding your information, subject to applicable law.
7. Children
Our messaging programs are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect phone numbers from children for these programs.
8. Changes
We may update this Messaging Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use your number, we will seek fresh consent or provide notice as required by law.
