Messaging terms of service

These Messaging Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to SMS, MMS, and similar text messages (“Messages”) sent by Atten-X Companies LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to your mobile number. They are only for people who have voluntarily provided their mobile number and agreed to receive Messages from our team as described at the point of signup (for example on a web form, by checkbox, or other clear affirmative consent).
If you have not given that consent, we will not text you for these programs. General use of our website is separate; these Terms govern our text messaging relationship with you after opt-in.
1. Consent
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number, that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), and that you agree to these Terms and our Messaging privacy policy.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services unless we clearly disclose otherwise where you sign up.
2. What we may send
We send Messages only in line with what we told you when you opted in—for example, follow-up from our team, appointment or request confirmations, service updates, or other information related to your relationship with us. We do not use these Messages to sell your phone number to third parties.
3. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the program you joined. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered Messages.
4. Opt out
You can cancel Messages from a program at any time by replying STOP to a Message we sent. We may send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you should not receive further Messages from that program unless you opt in again.

5. Supported carriers
Our Messages are intended for use on U.S. mobile networks. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s terms and technical capabilities. Not all carriers or devices may support all message types.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page. Your continued participation after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional steps.
